- 1 (9") unbaked pie shell
- 1 pound rhubarb, cut in 1/2" slices (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
Инструкции
- Place sliced rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. In bowl blend sugar, flour, salt, spices, juice, lowfat milk and butter. Pour mix over rhubarb. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25 min, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 25 min longer. Cold before serving.
