- 1 pound beef liver
- 5 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Инструкции
- Simmer the liver in water for 30 min, then trim and grind fine. Fry the onion in the butter, add in the bread crumbs. Mix the Large eggs and liver thoroughly and season. Add in the onion and bread crumbs. Work into this paste sufficient flour to make a stiff batter. Drop from a Tbsp. into boiling soup or possibly meat broth and cook for 30 min, tightly covered.
