- 1 pkt yeast
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x egg (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. dry onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp. whole dill seed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
Инструкции
- Ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
- Add in ingredients in order given.
- Optional: lightly brush the top with a little melted butter at baking time.
- Setting: white bread
