- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 can Crushed pineapple (18oz)
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Ripe bannanas,diced

- Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Add in banannas, oil, vanilla, Large eggs and pineapple with juice. Stir, don't beat. Pour into greased 9 inch tube pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min. Cold before removing from pan
