- 2 x Onions, sliced
- 4 x to 5 lb pork or possibly beef roast
- 5 x to 6 whole cloves
- 2 c. Water
- 16 ounce Barbecue sauce

- Slice one onion and put half in bottom of crock-pot. Add in meat and all remaining ingredients with remaining half of onion on top. Cover and cook 8 to 12 hrs on low. Remove bone and fat from meat. Cut meat in chunks and put back in crock-pot. Cover with remaining 1/2 minced onion and 16 oz barbecue sauce. Cover and cook 2 or possibly 3 hrs on high or possibly 4 to 6 hrs on low, stirring occasionally. Serve on large hamburger buns.
