- 2/3 c. unbleached flour
- 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk (any kind %)
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Инструкции
- Stir together dry ingredients. In another bowl combine egg, lowfat milk and butter. Add in all at once to flour mix, stirring till batter is blended, but still slightly lumpy. For each 4 inch pancake, use 1/4 c. batter.
- Triple dry ingredients and store mix. When ready to cook, combine 1 c.. Mix with egg, lowfat milk and butter.
