Ingredients: 1 box favorite stove-top Stuffing; 1 x Onion, minced -- coarsely; 2 x Cloves chopped garlic; 1 lb Minced eggplant, squash -- Or possibly whatever; 25 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 5 lb Grated cheddar cheese

Ингредиенты

1 box favorite stove-top Stuffing
1 x Onion, minced -- coarsely
2 x Cloves chopped garlic
1 lb Minced eggplant, squash -- Or possibly whatever
25 c. Extra virgin olive oil
5 lb Grated cheddar cheese

Инструкции

Prepare stuffing per directions. Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil until brown. Add in other veggie and sauted until soft. In a casserole dish, combine stuffing and vegetable mix. Mix well. sprinkle top with cheese. Cook at 350 till cheese is melted and bubbling.
