- 2 teaspoon minced parsley

- 2 c. cooked rice

- Combine shrimp, garlic, parsley and black pepper in a microwave dish with cover. Slice butter and cover the shrimp, with the butter. Cook at high temperature 3 to 4 min. Stir and rotate dish. Cook at high temperature for 3 to 4 min. Stir and rotate the dish. Cook at high for 3 to 4 min (depending on the size of the shrimp, check for doneness). Serve on a bed of cooked rice.
