- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, shelled
- 2 tbsp. corn oil
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Large eggs, mixed with 1/4 c. low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal and seeds. Add in oil, broth and egg mix. The dough should be hard. Let sit 15-20 min. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25-35 min, till golden. Remove and cold. Store in airtight container.
