- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (4 serving size) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping

- Cream together oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar
- Mix milk, pudding and whip topping
- Mix with oleo mixture
- In a 9x13x2 in. pan, layer crumbs and filling, beginning and ending with crumbs
