- Dash allspice
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon rum extract
- Dash of salt

- Mix spices, salt and sugar. Stir into lowfat sour cream, add in extracts and mix well. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs to allow flavors to blend. Serve with a selection of fresh fruit.
