- 1 1/2 c. cut up celery
- 4 hard boiled Large eggs, cut in half
- 2 c. cut up cooked meat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 sm. onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls

- Mix all ingredients except Large eggs and meat. Pour in casserole dish. Put meat on top. Unroll crescents and lay on top. Cook 30 min or possibly till bread is brown. Arrange Large eggs on top.
