- 1 Tbsp. sweetener
- 2 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr

- Mix margarine, egg and next 5 ingredients. Mix well.
- Add in flour and coconut. Mix thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
