- 8 ounce Pet Lite Lowfat milk
- 4 pkt Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Peach, peeled and diced
- 1 x Banana, mashed
- 4 slc Pineapple with juice
- 8 ounce Orange Juice
- 2 c. Strawberries, crushed

- Directions: Mix all together and put in freezer of refrigerator till hardened. Remove - break up - put in blender and whip till creamy. Serve.
- Can also be made in one of the small electric machines, or possibly one of those which goes in freezer.
