- 2 Tbsp. Sugar replacement
- 1 1/2 c. Whole lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 3 x Large eggs(well beaten)

- Combine evaporated lowfat milk and sugar replacement. Beat well till sugar is dissolved. Add in whole lowfat milk and vanilla extract; beat well. Add in Large eggs; beat Large eggs into lowfat milk mix vigorously. Pour into ice cream maker.
