Ingredients: 2 c. Granulated white sugar; 1 c. Oil; 2 x Large eggs; 2 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Nutmeg; 2 c. Unpeeled delicious apples - finely minced; 1 c. Minced black walnuts

Ингредиенты

2 c. Granulated white sugar
1 c. Oil
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 c. Unpeeled delicious apples - finely minced
1 c. Minced black walnuts

Инструкции

Beat sugar, oil, and Large eggs together well. Add in vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg together. Add in minced apples to sugar mix and beat well. Stir in flour mix and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 2-lb. coffee can. Place in slow cooker; cover top of can with 4 to 6 paper towels. Cover and cook on high about 3 1/2 hrs. Cooker lid should be slightly raised to allow excess moisture to escape. Add in no water, and do not peek till last hour.
NOTES :This recipe needs a slow cooker and a 2-3 lb. coffe can or possibly mold.
