- 2 med Granny smith apples Peeled cored & cubed
- 2 med Red delicious apples Peeled cored & cubed
- 2 med Golden brown delicious apples Peeled cored & cubed Orange sections from 1 small orange
- 2/3 c. Apple juice
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 sm Orange, Zest of
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar

- In saucepan, combine the granny smith, red delicious, golden brown delicious & orange. Stir in apple juice, cinnamon, orange zest & 1/2 c. Water. Simmer. Add in brown sugar, cover & continue to simmer until apples are tender. Remove to a bowl. Let cold. Chill until ready to serve.
