- 1 c. self rising flour beer Mars Bars (frzn) oil for deep frying

- Sift one c. self-rising flour into a bowl. Add in some beer to the flour till it becomes thick and smooth.
- Test oil temperature by dropping a small amount of batter into it. If it bubbles on the surface, it is ready for frying.
- Dip the Mars Bar into the batter and cover it very well. Quickly place into the oil and fry till golden. Remove it when done Wait for it to cold before eating it, because it can burn your mouth.
