- 1 lrg can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 3/4 c. soft butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 lb powdered sugar

- Crush vanilla wafers and spread on bottom of 9x12-inch pan. Reserve some crumbs for topping. Beat Large eggs, butter, and sugar till fluffy. Spread mix over crumbs. Sprinkle 1 can well liquid removed crushed pineapple. Whip 2 c. cream and spread over pineapple. Top with remaining crumbs.
