Ingredients: 3 c. chocolate wafer cookies crushed; 1/2 c. melted butter; 1 lb Nestle's semi sweet chocolate; 6 x Large eggs separated; 2 c. whipping cream; 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Ингредиенты

3 c. chocolate wafer cookies crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb Nestle's semi sweet chocolate
6 x Large eggs separated
2 c. whipping cream
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Инструкции

Crust: Mix together and press into the bottom and sides of a 10" spring form pan. Chill 30 mins.
Filling: Soften chocolate in microwave or possibly in top of a double boiler. Add in egg yolks to warm chocolate and mix well. Whip egg whites till stiff. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Using a rubber spatula, fold whites and whipped cream into chocolate, a small amount at a time. Turn into crust. Refrigeratefor 6 hrs
Top with whipped cream.
This is my favorite dessert for potlucks and parties. It is requested by everyone at work and family gatherings for special occasions.
