- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk

- Stir all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium heat till the pudding starts to thicken, Pour into a medium sized bowl. Refrigerateat least 15 min before serving.
- Variation:To make with meringue topping, pour thickened pudding into an ovenproof dish. Preheat oven to 350F. Spread meringue over surface of pudding, mounding in the middle & making sure the meringue extends to the rim of the dish. Bake for 20 min, till the meringue is set & lightly browned.
