Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd beef; 2 can Tomato Soup, undiluted; 1 x 16oz can Tomato, liquid removed; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Oregano; 1 x 24oz bottle Ketchup; 3/4 c. Onion, minced; 2 tsp Garlic, crushed

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd beef
2 can Tomato Soup, undiluted
1 x 16oz can Tomato, liquid removed
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 x 24oz bottle Ketchup
3/4 c. Onion, minced
2 tsp Garlic, crushed

Инструкции

Brown grnd beef, drain fat. Add in onions, saute/fry until clear. Add in rest of ingredients. Simmer 15 min.
Stir often. If you like add in 1/2 c. minced green pepper when cooking onions. If mushrooms are to your taste, add in canned or possibly fresh with the spices. Enjoy! This is a thick sauce. If thinner is desired, add in the tomato juice from the can of tomatoes.
