- Vanilla cookie crust
- 5 sqr semisweet chocolate
- 3 pkt nonfat cream cheese softened, 8 ounce each
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 whl Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream

- Prepare Vanilla Cookie Crust:Press mix proportionately onto bottom and 2" up side of a buttered 9" springform pan.
- Heat chocolate over warm, not boiling, water; cold.
- Preheat oven to very slow (275 F).
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer till smooth. Stir in cooled melted chocolate and lowfat sour cream till blended.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated very slow oven (275 F) for 1 hour and 45 min. Turn off heat; let cake cold in oven with door ajar. Remove from oven to wire rack; cold to room temperature; chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if you wish.
