- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, grated very fine
- 1 to 2 green onions, finely minced
- Curry pwdr
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp or possibly crab drain and sprinkle with juice of 1/2 (fresh) lemon

- Mix all well. Season to taste with a little garlic pwdr, salt and pepper. Pour above into bowl. Center on serving tray and surround with fresh vegetables (and fruits) of your choice.
