- 2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
- 8 ounce. plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. celery, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 c. bite-size broccoli flowerettes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Инструкции
- Cook potatoes; drain. Cold and cut in 3/4 inch cubes. In a large bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, curry, and garlic. Stir in celery, onion, raisins, and parsley. Add in potatoes and broccoli. Mix gently till well coated. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs. Serves 10.
