- 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 1 pkt (8-serving size) or possibly 2 pkgs., (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin Dessert
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
- 1/2 c. BREAKSTONE'S Lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Minced seeded, peeled cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Dill weed

- Complement poached salmon or possibly shrimp with this refreshingly cold molded salad.
- STIR boiling water into gelatin and salt in large bowl at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Stir in cool water and lemon juice. Chill about 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
- MIX salad dressing and lowfat sour cream in small bowl till well blended. Stir into thickened gelatin. Chill about 15 min or possibly till thickened
- (spoon drawn through rough leaves definite impression). Stir in cucumbers, onion and dill weed. Pour into 5-c. mold.
- Chill 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
