    Just made this and it turned out fabulous. Had company for dinner and everyone loved it. Recipe says to take the spinach mixture off the heat. I recommend spooning it into a separate bowl to cool quite a bit before adding to the egg mixture so that it doesn't start cooking the egg before you transfer it to the pie dish.
