• 7/8 c. water (for Welbilt\Dak machines add in 2TBL)
• 2 c. whole wheat flour
• 1 c. bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp. butter (I sub applesauce)
• 2 Tbsp. honey
• 1 c. finely grated carrots
• 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds (I omit)
• 2 tsp active dry yeast
