- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled

- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, at room temperature
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
- (12 TBSPS)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp salt

- Make crumb topping
- Mix cake flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a mixing bowl.
- Add melted butter.
- Mix together until crumbly.
- Cake
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Line the bottom of the dish with parchment paper.
- Mix cake flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder together in a large bowl.
- Add sour cream, milk, eggs, yolks, butter, vanilla and salt and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Using your hands, crumble the topping into rough pieces in varying sizes evenly over the cake.
- Gently press the topping into the batter.
- Bake, rotating the dish halfway through until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40-60 minutes total.
- Let cool at least an hour before serving.
