- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 can (1-lb.) tomatoes,cut up
- 1 can (8-ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (12-ounce.) tomato paste
- 1 c. Beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dry oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Инструкции
- In large skillet or possibly slow-cooking pot with browning unit, crumble meat with onion and garlic. Break up pcs of meat with fork and cook till it loses its red color. Drain off excess fat. In slow-cooking pot, combine browned meat, onions, and garlic with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve over warm spaghetti. May be made ahead of time and frzn.
