I actually stopped eating veal years ago, but love Osso Buco ... go figure. Anyway, I have always wondered what it would be like if I substituted the veal with lamb shanks. Needless to say, I'm buying some next weekend and (might freeze til next month), but will definitely be trying this method! Thank you, Claudia!Содержит вариацию
