Ingredients: 2 x heads broccoli, cut into florets; 1 lrg onion, diced; 1 x family size can cream of mushroom soup; 1 x soup can water or possibly chicken broth; 1 x 8 oz package cream cheese; 8 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Ингредиенты

2 x heads broccoli, cut into florets
1 lrg onion, diced
1 x family size can cream of mushroom soup
1 x soup can water or possibly chicken broth
1 x 8 oz package cream cheese
8 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Инструкции

Put broccoli in crockpot. Top with onion. Whisk soup and water or possibly broth together til smooth. Blend in cream cheese. Pour over broccoli and onions.
Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Cook on low about 8 hrs. The "gravy" is excellent over mashed potatoes. You can add in additional mushrooms or possibly green onions to this also.
