Ингредиенты

2 lb dry navy beans
1 sm onion minced
1 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. salt
8 slc bacon - (to 10 slices) fried crisp

Инструкции

Put beans in three times the volume of unsalted water, bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 min. Let stand in covered warm water for 2 hrs.
Mix other ingredients in bowl. Drain beans well and mix all ingredients and beans together. Put in crock pot and let cook on LOW for 12 hrs. Stir occasionally.
