- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 stalk celery - minced fine
- 1 x Carrot - minced fine
- 1 x Yellow onion - minced fine
- 1 lb Sirloin - diced
- 1 x Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. Red wine
- 2 x 28 ounce. can tomato puree Salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Directions: Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in celery, carrots and onion.
- Saute/fry lightly. Add in sirloin and sausage (throw away casing) and saute/fry.
- Add in red wine and reduce. Add in tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
