- 1 pkt crescent roll dough
- 1 can chunk ham liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 lrg egg beaten parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 400 . Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate along perforations into 8 triangles. Break ham into small pcs with a fork. On each triangle, spread 1 tsp. mustard. Sprinkle a heaping Tbsp. of the ham and 1 Tbsp. of the cheese on the side half of the triangle. Loosely roll each triangle beginning at the wide end. Place rolls, pointed-end down, about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 12 min or possibly till golden. With a spatula, loosen each roll from baking sheet. Cut each in half. Serve hot. If making ahead, cover unbaked rolls and chill up to 2 hrs. Bake in preheated 400 oven 12 to 14 min.
