- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 T parsley
- Italian spices to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lg. or possibly 2 sm. large eggs
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 packages. crescent rolls
- Lowfat milk and sesame seeds

- Mix and brown meat (drain completely); add in onions and saute 2 or possibly 3 min (again drain any collected grease). Add in other meat mix ingredients and reduce heat and cook 2 or possibly 3 min. You may if you choose, add in mushrooms; mix cheese mix; lay out crescent rolls on cookie sheet and seal together; put 3/4 meat mix down middle evenly; put all cheese mix on top; put remaining meat on top; layer Swiss cheese as top layer; fold roll ends over and then bring up the side and secure all seams. Glaze with lowfat milk and sesame seeds.This recipe should be cooked immediately after mixing - don't chill 9can be refrigerated or possibly even frzn after cooking). Cook at 325 degrees for at least 45 min, or possibly till brown.
