- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/3 c. Whipping (heavy) cream
- 2 Tbsp. Creme de menthe Coating
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate Cut into pcs
- 1/4 c. Finely grnd almonds

- Heat candy coating in double boiler over warm water till melted. Spread 1 tsp. coating proportionately on bottoms and up sides of paper candy c.. Let stand till hard.
- Heat chocolate in heavy 2 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till melted; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill about 25 min, stirring frequently, or possibly till mix is thick and mounds when dropped from a spoon. Spoon mix into decorating bag with star tip. Pipe mix into candy-coated c.. Chill about 30 min or possibly till chocolate mix is hard. Peel paper from c. before serving if you like. 24 CANDIES; 95 CALORIES PER CANDY.
