- 3 c. torn iceberg lettuce
- 3 c. torn romaine
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 c. desired cool cuts cut into julienne strips
- 4 ounce. American, Cheddar, or possibly Swiss cheese, cubed
- 1/2 of a small cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 of a small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 of a green pepper, cut into rings
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
- Desired salad dressing
Инструкции
- In a very large mixing bowl combine iceberg lettuce, romaine, tomatoes, meat, cheese, cucumber, onion and green pepper. Toss lightly to mix.
- To serve, spoon lettuce mix onto 6 salad plates. Garnish with egg slices. Serve with desired salad dressing. Serves 6.
