- 14 ounce Frzn shredded potatoes, thawed (4 1/2 c.)
- 1 c. Frzn peas
- 4 ounce Thinly sliced ham, minced (very lean)
- 1 can Reduced calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Dry parsley

- Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato mix and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.
