- 1 c. Merkt's cheddar cheese spread
- 1 c. Merkt's buttery Swiss cheese spread
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (12 ounce) minced green chiles or possibly banana peppers, liquid removed
- 1 can (4 ounce) sliced black olives, liquid removed
- 1 med Tomato, peeled and minced

- Mix the cheese with lowfat sour cream and half of the minced peppers. In a small baking dish, spread some of the minced chiles on the bottom. Spread the cheese mix and cover with remaining peppers. Sprinkle with the sliced olives and minced tomatoes. Bake in a 375 oven for 20-25 min or possibly till cheeses are melted. Serve warm. Decorate with tortilla chips.
