- 1 pkg. frzn peas
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Rolled biscuits
- 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- (Can add in sauteed onion and/or celery)

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse peas to separate. Heat peas, chicken, soup, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, salt and pepper to boiling, stirring frequently.Prepare rolled biscuits as directed on biscuit package. Pour hot chicken mix into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on cheese. Bake till peas are tender, about 20 min.
