- 1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning (like Tony Chachere’s)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup (4 ounces) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
