- 1 pkt orange cake mix (18.25 oz)
- 2 pkt orange flavored gelatin mix (3 ounce. ea.)
- 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding mix (3.5 ounce.)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ct frzn whipped topping (8 ounce.) thawed

- 1 Bake cake as directed in a 9x13 inch pan. When done, use a meat fork to poke holes across the top of the entire cake. Let cold.
- Note: If you can't find an orange cake mix, use a package of lemon cake mix and add in 1 small envelope of orange drink mix (Kool Aid⢠) to the batter.
- 2 In bowl, mix 1 box gelatin, 1 c. warm water, and 1 c. cool water. Pour over top of cake. Chill for 2 to 3 hrs
- 3 Mix remaining box of gelatin, pudding, lowfat milk, and vanilla together. Beat well. Fold dessert topping into this mix and spread on top of cake. Keep refrigerated.
- Makes 1 - 9 x 13 inch cake
