- 4 c. sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Инструкции
- Into 4 c. of warm mashed sweet potatoes, stir in 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. orange juice and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix in marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish; bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Top with additional marshmallows, if you like, and return to oven till slightly browned.
