Ингредиенты

1 can Whole corn, liquid removed
1 can Cream corn
8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
1 pkt Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stk butter, melted
2 x Large eggs

Инструкции

Ingredients can be mixed in the pan to be packed in. Stir till all ingredients are mixed well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or possibly 15-18 min in a microwave on full power. This is very moist and keeps, and reheats well.
