- 2 lb boneless pork top loin
- 1 can cranberry sauce (16 ounce.)
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix (1 oz)

- Season roast with salt and pepper; place over indirect heat on grill. Stir together cranberry sauce and onion soup mix and heat, covered, in microwave till warm (about one minute). Baste roast with cranberry mix every 10 min till roast is done (internal temperature with a meat thermometer is 155F - 160F), about 30 - 45 min. Let roast rest about 5 - 8 min before slicing to serve. Heat any leftover basting mix to boiling, stir and boil for 5 min and serve alongside roast.
