Ingredients: 1 c. Cranberry sauce (jelled type); 2/3 c. Packed brown sugar; 1/4 c. Vegetable oil; 2 x Large eggs; 2 c. Bisquick baking mix; 1/2 c. Minced nuts (or possibly you could substitute raisins)

Ингредиенты

1 c. Cranberry sauce (jelled type)
2/3 c. Packed brown sugar
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. Minced nuts (or possibly you could substitute raisins)

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, oil and Large eggs. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Put mix in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 min. Cut in squares and serve hot or possibly cool.
We couldn't wait for it to cold, so we tried it hot-very hot :-)
You could make a streusel topping for it, but I didn't bother.
