- 3 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
- 2 c. water
- 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (30 ounce), undrained
- 8 c. sugar
- 1 x pouch liquid pectin - (3 ounce)
Инструкции
- Finely chop the cranberries using a food processor.
- Place the cranberries and water in a large non-aluminum saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 min. Add in the pineapple with its syrup and the sugar and stir well. Boil 2 min longer. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the pectin. Mix well and let stand 25 min.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal according to the instructions in the accompanying story.
- This recipe yields 10 (8-oz) jars.
- Yield: 10 half-pints
