- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, powdered

- 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 1/8 c. Water, hot
- 1 c. Cranberries, frzn or possibly fresh

- Orange peel may be substituted for the lemon peel. Bring ingredients except cranberries to room temp and add in to machine, in order. Set darkness control to 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and press Start. Set cranberries out to thaw. Add in cranberries at beep, 88 min into cycle.
- Sylvia's comments: very moist, tangy bread. For a different effect, add in some cardamom and/or possibly minced nuts.
