- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 med Apples
- 3 med Pears
- 1/3 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier liquer
- 1 lb Fresh cranberries
- 4 ounce Chipotle chile peppers, canned in adobo sauce minced fine
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 x Orange, zest of, minced fine
- 1/2 c. Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier liquer

- Peel, core and dice pears and apples (medium). Heat oil on medium high till warm. Add in pears, apples and raisins. Saute/fry 3-5 minutes, or possibly till soft.
- Add in 1/4 C Grand Marnier and deglaze pan. Add in cranberries, chipotles, cinnamon, sugar, orange zest and orange juice. Stir and simmer for 40-45 min till it begins to thicken. Add in nutmeg and 2nd 1/4 C of Grand Marnier and mix.
- Chill till ready to serve (cool).
- Makes about 1 qt.
